To begin the mortgage, process the following items will be needed:

• Mortgage Application
• Current Pay Stubs
• Last two years tax returns
• Three months of all bank statements from all financial institutions
• Contract (If applicable)
• Deed or Mortgage 
• Homeowner’s Insurance (if applicable)
