Instructions for Online Services and App on your phone:When you log into the Azalea City Online services or APP, you will be asked to enter your user ID (account #) and click forgot password. If you replace(upgrade)your phone and/or get a new phone, you must re-download the app cannot transfer app to a new phone.

Please note: Then you will be sent an email with a code to log back into your online account. Another code will be sent to your email for you to create a password and proceed with creating password, select image, set up security questions. The same log on information works for the app on your phone and on the computer through our website. When setting your password, we reccomend not using your name or any numbers relating to your birthday or social security number. There must be at least ten characters along with at least one upper case letter and a special character.
